Overview:

Pinewood Structures’ panelised One-Roof™️ room-in-the-roof system not only removes your H&S headaches but also greatly reduces build times for masonry construction – helping you build more safely and more swiftly. Just as importantly, One-Roof™️ is fully compliant with new social distancing practices which will now soon form part of all of our normal site work practices. Utilising all the skills and know-how that you would expect from a leading offsite supplier, Pinewood is able to deliver One-Roof™️ with full site installation and craneage on time, each and every time. Pinewood Structures is an STA Gold Accredited timber frame company with almost 40 years of experience, delivering tens of thousands of units to the house building sector.

Safe Construction:

One-Roof™️ installation is undisputedly far safer than truss and loose rafter solutions and speed of installation can knock almost two weeks off the build program. Compliant with Part L of the Building Regulations, and in the process of obtaining Robust Detail approval, the complete One-Roof™️ system starts at top floor deck level and encompasses fully insulated roof panels, spandrel panels and internal partitions. We can erect the roof of a pair of semi-detached units in less than a day, safely and efficiently using a crane supplied by us, leaving a weather resistant roof surface and a clear span internal roof structure.

Quality & Design:

Covered by Pinewood’s ISO:9001 quality control procedures, panels are designed in house using 3D CAD/CAM. Each roof is individually designed to the roof profile of the particular house type and is suitable for masonry, brick and block, concrete frame, LGSF and can incorporate dormers (GRP or timber), rooflights, parapets and GRP chimneys - all lifted and fitted by our network of approved fitters. U-values can be scaled dependent upon your performance requirements.
